1. Who controls your data
ETA Luxury Travel is the controller of personal data collected through this storefront. The platform provider TicketMatch.ai processes data on our behalf to operate the website, bookings and payments.
2. What we collect and why
We collect the details you provide to make a booking (such as name, email and booking details) and basic usage data to run and improve the site. We use this to process your booking, deliver your ticket or voucher, provide support and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases are performance of your booking contract, legitimate interest and, where required, your consent.
3. Who we share it with
To fulfil your booking we share necessary details with the experience supplier and local operator (currently via Viator (a Tripadvisor company)), with TicketMatch.ai as platform provider, and with our payment processor for in-platform purchases. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request portability. To exercise these rights use the contact details in the footer.
5. Retention and cookies
